ICE / In Case of Emergency / Electronic Medical Alert / Medical Jewelry: The e-pill CADEX may SPEAK for you in an EMERGENCY: In Case of Emergency (ICE) the Medical Alert information is recalled by yourself or by an EMT;
Simply PRESS the Red ALERT Button on the face of the e-pill CADEX Alarm Watch.
Each press of the ALERT Button advances the ICE information one step at a time. Recalling the information you store in the DATA BANK. Pressing the ALERT Button on the alarm watch will Display the following MEDICAL ALERT (Allergy Talisman) Information: Recommended by Diabetes Educators.
In Case of an Emergency the following Medical Alert / Medical ID information may be stored in the e-pill CADEX 12 Alarm Wristwatch DATA BANK:
ALARM Text Messages Current Medications and Times (up to 12 daily alarm may be set). Alarms repeat at the same time each day (no reset required).

I bought the watch thinking that if I needed to give medical data to a doctor or EMS and couldn’t the watch could. I’m a diabetic who has had a kidney transplant. I take many different meds & insulin. The alarms remind me when to take the meds. I am beyond pleased with the watch!- N. R.

How to Set e-pill CADEX Watch ICE Data Bank (Medical Alert Information ID) Items:
1) Select the DATA BANK mode by pressing the MODE button (repeatedly if necessary). When the watch displays 'DATA BANK', you are in the correct mode. Press the FORWARD or REVERSE buttons to select the Data Item you wish to view or set.
2) When you are at the Data Item you wish to set, press the ADJUST button for two seconds. The first letter of the Data Item will begin flashing. Press the FORWARD or REVERSE buttons to select the first letter of the Data Item. TIP: PRESSING AND HOLDING THE FORWARD OR REVERSE BUTTONS WILL ALLOW THE CHARACTERS TO INCREMENT QUICKLY.
3) Press MODE to move on to the next character for this Data Item.
TIP: PRESSING AND HOLDING THE MODE BUTTON WILL ALLOW THE PREVIOUS CHARACTERS TO BE ACCESSED AGAIN.
4) Repeat these steps as many times as necessary to spell out the Data Item. Press ADJUST at any time to save your changes and return to DATA BANK mode. Press MODE to return to time or press FORWARD or REVERSE to access the next Data Item.
